Each year, select touring and local artists extend their visits in the D.C. community to work with children, college students, local professional artists, and others through master classes and lecture/demonstrations. Past artists and ensembles who have participated in the program include trumpeter Wynton Marsalis, cellist Yo-Yo Ma, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. If
